Dr. Paul Porter, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, brings over 30 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach, administrator, and keynote speaker. With a background as a former school superintendent, principal, and professor, he has worked with various state agencies, private companies, universities, and schools. Dr. Porter is dedicated to leadership training and executive coaching, focusing on enhancing corporate culture and leadership development.
Certified in Situational Leadership and as a 6 Second EQ Practitioner, he has delivered presentations and training to over 200 public and private agencies, organizations, and teams in the US and abroad. Dr. Porter's extensive experience includes founding the UC Davis Joint Doctoral Program in educational leadership.
